Here is where I want to see people looking for specific crews, crews like Idle gold farms and dungeon or quest clearing stuff like that.
Also I hope to see people willing to grind with an idle crew being compensated for their time and work.
we are all friends here but I want the rules on idle farming to be clear just in case something were to happen.
Of course friendly, privately agreed on farming fees, and/or free idle farming is allowed as long as it isn't made official here it's none of my business.
There will be a three strike warning system for people that do not pay idle crew workers for their time!
First warning is verbal followed by an apology and payment plus half of the specified amount, second warning is a fine of triple the asking price for the worker, third warning will result in a temp ban or kick depending on severity. Workers will also be held responsible for grinding at least double the agreed upon amount for their fee. Failure to comply will result in a fee of triple the fee to be paid to all of the Idle crew members!

In order to keep things transparent I ask that all parties post a before and after of their gold/ platinum count here from in game as well as any marketplace data like money earned so that punishments can be handled accordingly. Failure to provide substantial evidence will result in no action as well as a defamation fee, any party not willing to put forth evidence to defend themselves will be treated as guilty.
