I was feeling a bit nostalgic and came to see if there had been any substantial activity in this clan. After seeing it was basically dormant, I couldn't help feeling morose, even though I no longer roleplay online. Devoncroix was my first home away from home. The first time I had been taken into the fold of a wacky net community. You taught me how to play nice, how to win fairly, and how the stories we write in our minds are not so important as the people we write them with. In essence, you all contributed,to the person I am today. Though time may take the names and faces from me, the sense of friendship and community I received from Devoncroix over the years is still within me.

P.S. To those who would attempt to jump-start activity here, I say let sleeping wolves lie. This is simply a post of gratitude.

Had the same thought and just recovered my account to see if anyone was still around. As much as it isn't something I would be interested in participating in now I really do have this group to thank for how much I love creative writing now. I hope everyone is well these days!
