I would like to ask if where place is this event will take part?

i have a feeling its going to be in the very near future like within a couple of weeks
if you need the exact time or date well that will be determined later by the captain

either the captain will purchase a room from this link here maybe you can make a suggestion as to the type of temp room you would like to see from that link
or he will purchase it from the guilds moderator page which will make it permanent in here which looks like this here

but the room choices remain the same temp or permanent

however if you need help converting from your time zone to another time zone you can use this link here
im not sure but i think the captain is in Los Angeles or at least the state of Cali which is in the pacific time zone but im not completely sure but it will most likely be on his time zone
