Quirk Control Spectrum

1 - Little to no control. This quirk is out of control almost entirely, and the user cannot effectively use it in combat. Would likely have to have heavy gadgets and tech to keep it under control. (Ex: Toramitsu Tabe)

2 - Some Control. The quirk tends to manifest weakly or heavily when it is used, though its use is optional. Can be unstable and lead the user to exhaustion/injury only after a couple of uses. (Early Midoriya)

3 - Moderate Control. The user is able to use the quirk without many problems, though after excessive use of anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes straight becomes tired/weak. They can fairly control the power at which their quirk manifests. (Aoyama)

4 - Advanced Control. The user has practiced over time and has developed the stamina and endurance required to use their quirk excessively over the period of around 30 - 50 Minutes before experiencing exhaustion. They’re able to dial in their Quirk’s abilities to the range that they desire, without much effort. (Tsuyu)

5 - Control Mastery. The user has truly become the master of their quirk, allowing them to easy keep their quirk in its prime for at least an hour, if not more, before needing a rest. Their control increases in orders of magnitude, truly allowing them to modify their force with pinpoint precision. (Shin Nemoto, All Might, Chronostasis)


Quirk Power Spectrum

1 - Physically and Metaphysically weak. Likely isn't a hero and more-so a utility worker. A pyrokineticist could be a glorified lighter, at this level.

2 - Fair amount of power, but probably isn't hero material. Would likely have to apply for a job in law enforcement or Support heroes. That same Pyro-Hero could start a campfire, or throw out some marble-sizes fireballs. Ex: Hatsume, Department of Support

3 - Average Quirk strength. Gets the job done and has some utility as well. Our Pyro-hero is coming into his own, capable of hurling fireballs or torrents of flame at his foes. Ex: Midnight, Present Mic, Recovery Girl.

4 - Above Average Quirk Strength - Has practiced very often and is probably able to hold one's own in a 1v1, and potentially a 2v1. Our Pyro-Hero could set the ground aflame, trigger roaring bonfires, and hurl expansive spheres of fire at his enemies. Ex: Nighteye, Mirio, Bakugo, Midoriya

5 - Extremely Powerful Quirk Strength - Has/Nearly reached the maximum amount of power they can possibly muster, and as a result, is capable of causing significant damage to anyone that stands in their way. Our Pyro-Hero can cause a large inferno in the immediate area to deter his foes, sending tidal waves of flame against his enemies, and breaking thermostats whever they go. Our Pyro-Hero is now Endeavor. Ex: All Might, Endeavor, Etc.



Quirk Utility Spectrum

1 - One-trick pony. Your Quirk is good at doing one thing, and that’s it. Whatever way you discovered your Quirk is probably the way you’ve continued to use it all this time. Ex: Yuga’s Navel Laser, before costume.

2 - You’re still struggling to learn new tricks, but you’re trying! You’ve found new colors of cloth to hide your one trick with! You might reach this level with a costume, or experimentation! Ex: Yuga’s Navel Laser, with costume. Same ol’ beam, different ways to shoot it.

3 - Diversifying your Power! If you’re a Mutant-type Hero, you’re finally coming into your own within your form, learning more of your “subpowers.” As a Transformation- or Emitter- type, you might have different adaptations to your power. Ex: Froppy, a “Touch-based” Hero becoming able to apply powers from a distance.

4 - “You can do what!?” You’ve started pushing the envelope of what people would expect from your powers, possibly gaining insight into the opposite side of its application. Ex: If Uravity could alter gravity both directions.

5 - Jack of All Tricks. You can almost assuredly catch someone off guard with your powers’ applications. Ex: Shoto’s Half-Cold Half-Hot power is a good example of a power with this potential. Temperature manipulation, steam creation/control, etc.
