I have a friend, who is dodging my questions. What do I do?
I gave them too many chances to reply to my questions, I don't understand why do they answer the question.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and not the whole thing.

Your friend sounds like they want to avoid talking so you can't readily get the information you want. Be patient with your friend. Flex your empathy muscles. Trty to make it easier for them to open up. It might be part of your friend's personality to be more reserved if so try not to expect much of anything.

Thanks Cosaca. I'm trying to be empathetic towards them but I think they catfished me with their other account (it's pretty obvious it's theirs)). I'll just continue the friendship as it is and not expect so much from them.

I once had a person i thought was a good friend but I lost them so easily they blocked me everywhere too...

Try not to blame yourself too much ^^ Things can only go up from here you'll make many more friends
