The Avatars entered will be put to a vote and then chosen by the staff. To be fair, there must be a minimum of 6 people in order for there to be a contest, otherwise it is invalid~
Yes, staff may enter the contest but they are not allowed to judge the contest.
I plan to also put you in a banner so please be sure to keep your avatar for a while, while I save it, because I have to save it directly from gaia, so don't post it and immediately change, because I wont be able to save you. You'll know I have your avatar saved when I quote you~ meh, a bit too late for it now XD
