Why hello there! I'm sure you are all well aware of our lack of a still to this point. We however thought a solution to fix this, starting today we will be hosting a banner contest to see whom will be making the banner we dream of. The winner of this contest will receive: 25,000 Platinum/Gold 250,000,000,000. and the event will end on:December 16th.
The only real requirement is that it needs to feature a water meat in some way as well as be the required size in order to add it as a banner. For best results, banners should be 200x40 pixels.
I wish everyone the best of luck!
Edit: More to be said, we know all of you work fairly hard on these so even if you lose I'll make sure that you will also receive a good prize as well.

What program are you guys using to make these?
I used Photoshop's timeline based animation
How actually like I tried Photoshop and it was the most confusing thing ever I'm sticking to my frame by frame PTS animations
I'll break down what I've done into chunks for you (I hope I made some sense)
1. Open Photoshop tip. save frequently and label and group like layers for less clutter
2. Bring in your imagery (mine has multiple layers foreground, middle, and background as well as a sparkle gif separated into layers)
3. Create text "Water Meat Protection Squad"
4. Split the text up into separate layers by copying to preserve formatting (ex. copy 1 has Watermeat and copy 2 has Protection)
5. Go to menu> Window> Timeline > Create Frame Animation(do this only when you are sure you will not create any new layers)
6. De-eyeball layers you don't want in the first frame (for me it was the several sparkle gif layers and copies of text)
7. Create a new frame by clicking the timeline menu below the frame and duplicating it
8. Eyeball layers you want in the second frame at this point feel free to move things around in the frame and create in-between frames using the Timeline menu "Tween menu"
9. Repeat the process of duplicating frames, de-eyballing layers, and moving things around in the frame until you have a finished gif 10. Use the Timeline menu to set your looping option to Forever instead of Once
11. Save your gif by going to Menu> Save for Web> Save...
