hey i'm carina (or u can just call me sad hologram)
i've been crocheting for a few years now and i'm usuaslly a season crocheter, for xmas gifts etc
i really love making afghans but they are a project i usually start and forget to finish
usually my finished stuff is scarfs/hats/shawls
so hey!!!

Oh, man... I started an afghan for myself when I was... fifteen? At some point between the ages of ten and eighteen, at least. I was 24 when I finished it. So, how likely was it that I'd managed to keep the gauge constant? Yeah, nil. Instead of being rectangular, it was a four-sided shape with no right angles. emo
So I frogged it a few years ago. I used... maybe a quarter of the yarn to make a little throw:
And with the rest of it, I started this:
It looks like that one will take just as long to get around to finishing as it did originally. rofl
