Description: Allows a the user to latch on to another quirk user and completely "trace" the quirk and know how of said quirk as well as weaknesses.
If used too much it can cause amnesia and confusion, extreme cases the owner goes berserk and loses them self in a fit of confusion.

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): From her mother. It was enhanced when her mother's abusive ex took her and used quirk enhancing drugs on her.

BIO-
All Might was on a hero visit to the US where he just so happened to me Marine Tokian. She was beautiful both on the outside and inside. She accepted him for who he was, Toshinori Yagi, it was only after six months of dating that he told her his secret. That he was All might. She of course wasn't surprised and still loved him. Which led to Aki Kade Yagi being born. She and Toshinori would take turns visiting their respective homelands so Kade as she was known by would always be able to see her dad. Around her 4th birthday Kade was snatched by the leader of the Beasts of Myth. It was a gang much like the league of Villains, though US based. The leader happened to be Marine's ex. He experimented on Aki by making her take quirk enhancing drugs. It continued for 2.5 years until the base was raided by the top five heroes of the US. Marine being one of them. After they saved Aki, Marine decided she'd be safer in japan so she waited for her to turn 7, which gave her time to write a note that'd be given to one of Marine's best friends over in Japan. After Kade turned 7 she was sent suddenly to Best Jeanist one of Marine's best friends. He was the only one to know about Kade's relationship to All Might. She carried a note with her, speaking of how Marine and the rest of their family would perish soon and wipe out the top 5 hero spots of the US. Kade never read the note nor did she want to. On her 10th birthday she learned to handle One for All at 50% percent it increased to 75 by age 14. She currently is able to go to 80% power. She has her mothers quirk tracer as well. Though she vowed to only use it at certain moments. She has entered into UA to see what has become of her father. Little does All Might know his beloved daughter is alive and looking for him.
