Heyo! So to start off, you may have already seen me in two other
accounts in the guild. One being Aii Mlght (AII MlGHT) and the other
being Shiga - dabi. I'm twenty two years old, female, and have been roleplaying
for around roughly six years since I was sixteen, more or less.
This here is my OC account; Chiro Oharu. Though I by no means expect you
to refer to me by that name. You can call me Mal, Boo, Blitz, or whatever
you feel works best. Below is my Oc's information and all that jazz. So yeah!

Morphing / Large feline paws: Chiro's quirk manifested itself at the
age of three during an incident that involved her neighbor's rabid dog.
While appearing normal with the exception of her ears and tail, Chiro
can morph her arms into large and incredibly powerful feline appendages.
While an otherwise useful quirk in battle, the energy it takes to support her
arms often leaves her winded during long episodes and causes her to be
unable to morph back until she has regained her energy making it so that
she is forced to drag her enlarged claws at her sides in times of exhaustion.
More often than not this leaves her vulnerable should her enemy not already be
incapacitated. To make up for this Chiro has attempted to create a method of lifting
her arms as little as possible when morphed unless prior to an attack.

Chiro stands at about 5'5" in height and weighs in at 98 pounds. Her hair is
a golden blonde and blends in with two peaks at the top of her head, presumably
ears attributed to her feline quirk. She has a long tail of a similar color and possesses
a somewhat average build. Her eyes, or rather eye, is a light blue while the
other is a colorless white. (A dead eye; this eye remains shut for the majority of
her time in public or among classmates unless under great duress, stress,
frustration, or rage.

Chiro is a complex individual in that she appears unmotivated in the way that
her fellow pupils are. She has a low passing grade in subjects she deems
mundane and frequently disregards other students who show even the smallest
interest in keeping her company. Yet despite this, she appears almost disturbingly
hostile and offended when given the cold shoulder in return and has often
taken to assaulting other students of whom she finds frustrating in the slightest.
She lacks empathy for others and such has been a topic of concern for her
teachers when speaking with her 'mother'.

Nevertheless, when participating in activities required to use her quirk,
Chiro's behavior changes in that she becomes overzealous and can be
considered destructive or dangerous to those she is supposed to be working
with or individuals she's meant to save. This paired with the strength of her
quirk and lack of desire or inability to restrain herself has been many a topic
between herself and her teachers' most of whom have written side notes
of her villainous traits despite the potential she shows in becoming a hero.
Likewise, Chiro herself has openly expressed uncertainty in her future as
a student at U.A. and has avoided answering questions relating to it.

Chiro was born on December fifteenth to Nii Oharu, a woman who had entered
into an affair with a businessman and thus conceived the illegitimate Chiro.
The details of the affair itself are few and far between, however, Chiro can recall
that her mother mentioned he did have a family of his own. The terms of their
separation clearly revolving around Chiro; the air around the topic often stemmed
resentment from her mother for the remainder of the day thus teaching Chiro
to remain silent in regard to her birth father. Although this alone may have been
cause for distance between them, both Chiro and Nii were rather close in every
other aspect of their relationship and thus they both avoided any trauma during
her younger years with the exception of her quirk's manifestation.

Chiro had often been a friendly child in the eyes of those in their community
and often opened up and spoke of matters some might have deemed peculiar
for someone of her age. Nevertheless, she was a fairly harmless girl and so
she was often allowed to roam outside of her yard and play with the other children.
It was at the age of three when the slightly older girls, age five and so forth,
decided it was time for Chiro to show that she was 'big' enough to play with
them. Throwing a ball into a neighboring man's yard she was told to retrieve it
without detection. Reluctantly Chiro attempted to do so and in the process woke
the neighbor's aggressive dog of whom attempted to attack her. Chiro's mother
heard the shouts of the children and immediately Nii left her home in search of
Chiro to find that her arms had morphed into those of a large feline and thus
crushed the larynx of the dog. This left Chiro shook by the travesty she had
committed and the following week she remained inside her home in seclusion.
From then on Chiro's personality as it is now known developed and she has
since expressed very little warmth towards others. At the age of ten, her daughter's
unwarranted distance towards her caused Nii to send Chiro to live with her aunt.
And while she has since been in contact with the school regarding Chiro's
development and academics there have been otherwise little contact between
mother and daughter at Chiro's request.

While not recommended by her school due to her inability to exhibit hero
like traits and empathy, Chiro proceeded to take the U.A. exam at fifteen
and passed thus enrolling her into the academy.
