Name of your quirk: Vacuum Portal Description: The user gathers energy in the left hand and then throws it. It is harmless in nature until it is detonated creating a black portal in the shape of an oval which sucks objects nearby into it with minor force. Any objects sucked in will reappear with a half second delay through an exit portal that is creatable by the right hand. If only the left hand portal is active, then the target that is sucked in will just appear through the other side of the portal. Side effects when over using quirk: User loses control of portal creation and accuracy as well as the user is physically drained the more portals that are created. Weaknesses: -The first portal needs a charge time of up to 2 seconds for a basic portal and 5 for a full size. - It has no direct offensive ability - If one hand is immobilized the quirk becomes almost useless - Portals are dodgeable, once released and activated if someone isn't near the first portal's range, they can avoid being sucked in. Personality: Energetic, determined, confident, enthusiastic, optimistic, honest. On bad side could be impatient, impulsive and some times aggressive. Hobbies: Every extreme activities. Likes: Comfortable clothes and physical challenges.
Hero Name: Rocket. Costume: Quirk: Self-Resurrection. Description: The power to resurrect oneself upon death. After death, every damage is restore and the user wakes up. If she loses a body part, quirk creates a new one, the old part melt instantly (even if decapitated). Side effects: Can't bring others back to life. May take awhile to revive if the damage is too much, since the user only wakes up when the body is at 100% again. This also means she DOESN'T recover non-killing damage, such as broken leg. Gadgets/Tech: None.
BIO: Most of her childhood thought she was quirkless, just a girl who likes extreme activities. At the age of 10 she had an accident while driving her bike on a mountain. She died, obviously. Her brother saw everthing, while Gal's body regenerate itself and bring her back to life all sudden. "You need to die for the first time to realize you're immortal" she says. She wants to become a hero, even if her quirk is untrainable. Every physical aspect on her is normal, just a tough girl.
