means that there would be NO such thing as "official" character/s in this guild
and that all cosplayers and/or fans are welcome to stay and roleplay. Any statements
of such is strictly prohibited. (ex. stating I am the sole and official Izuku
Midoriya of the guild).

Therefore, ALL statements will be: UNRECOGNIZED.
