The series premiered just as a Pokémon movie was finishing up. At first, I didn't pay the series much attention but over time, I gained a crush on Shun Kazami and I noticed that he and Dan are really close. At first, I had no idea of what the subject of "Yaoi" or "Boys' Love/BL" refer to at that point, but then I started reading some fanfics of the Yaoi variety of fanfiction.net and I ultimately fell in love with some unusual couples in the Yaoi genre. It started with SasuNaru but later expanded to ShikaHida/HidaShika, Comashipping which is basically Ash x Paul of Pokémon, yeah, yeah say what ya want about Paul being mean and cruel to Ash. I on the other hand, saw the meaning to his mean actions. I took the hints from both sides and I notice it was indeed true, from my perspective. I'm also a huge Taito, Daiken, Takouji, Jenkato, Rukato (yes, I like some hetero pairings), Ruyako (Basically, Ruyako is Rika/Ruki x Yolei/Miyako from Digimon Tamers and Digimon 02), Koichi x Duskmon, Touma x Masaru, Kiritai, basically Kiriha x Taiki (Christopher x Mikey) from Fusion.
