Excellent question!
I love a good ol' music sharing thread.
Like a lot of people, I have pretty diverse taste in terms of genres but I'm pretty safe with chill, lyrical, folk style stuff.
I adore Lisa Hannigan, all her stuff is great. Haim too is awesome. I'm recently loving Chloe and Halle on youtube.
Enya is classic.
I'm a big Mumford and Sons fan, and along those lines I also like Boy and Bear, Monsters of Men, and The Lumineers.

I'd have to say my favorite genre is hip hop. I largely listen to hip hop from the '80s and '90s, but I do like the occasional temporary artist. I just love the culture behind the music and how raw it is. It makes me giddy to hear good beats and good rhymes. emotion_bigheart

Right now I have been hooked on a band called Animal In Me, they are a metal band that does pop covers like Black Widow by Iggy Azalea, Shape of you by Ed Sheeran, I knew you were trouble by Taylor Swift, Problem by Ariana Grande, Rap God by Eminem, Etc.

Blah just realized I never answered my own question lol.
Anyway have to say motion city soundtrack & every song off of the album even if it kills me. (Also highly recommend the song Even If It Kills Me by Motion City Soundtrack lol)
