The following list is comprised on the leadership in the Church Militant, as well as what each role does and who currently holds that office:

Minister General
Occupied by: The Very Rev. Father Mark Jansen
Role: Supreme head of the Church Militant.
Special functions: Veto any proposal made by the Lay Council and fill any empty seats without approval. Can defrock any priest or sister religious without the approval by the Ordained Tribunal or the Lay Council.
Impeachment: Cannot be removed from office without the simple majority from the Lay Council and the unanimous vote of the Ordained Tribunal.
Serves for: Life.

Ordained Tribunal

Special functions: Can hear cases and pass a judgment that cannot be overturned by the Minister General.
Impeachment: Cannot be impeached without a simple majority from the Lay Council and the approval of the Minister General.

Role: Legislature of the Church
Special functions: Can legislate any laws. Votes on impeachment of Minister General and members of the Ordained Tribunal.
Impeachment: Cannot be impeached without being referred to the Ordained Tribunal by the Minister General and a simple majority by the Ordained Tribunal.
