Town Description
Like all the Shangri'La cities and locations, Wôl is covered in a white mist that seems to shift freely. Though the city has no inhabitants, there are often transparent images of people and domestic animals, as if created by someone's imagination. If approached and touched, these images seem to "glitch" and reappear elsewhere. Every so often, however, a child can be seen running through the streets, laughing and "playing" with these images.
