It was a fairly nice early spring evening, so Encke decided that going for a jog would be a good idea. That was how he found himself at the park, taking an admittedly casual pace around the pedestrian path in the park.

He hummed to himself, seemingly in his own world, until he saw something whiz by his vision. He suddenly stopped, head whipping in the direction that it had fallen to catch what it was.

An acorn?

Encke bent down to pick it up, glancing over it. Yup, an acorn. Huh.

It probably helped that he wasn't exactly looking in the direction that the acorn was coming from.

The acorn managed to pelt him in the back of the neck, and he winced. Ouch! Who was throwing acorns? At first he thought it might have been a squirrel or something, but that one had come directly at him. Or maybe it still was a squirrel--

He glanced in the direction of the throw, eyes rolling up to get a better view of the girl sitting herself in the tree.

Oh.

Choosing not to yell at her for the acorn throwing, he simply lifted his hand and waved at her.

He noticed the dark garb she was wearing as she rather acrobatically took herself out of the tree. Encke wasn't concerned, though. This one looked more like that Remarque guy than the usually violent senshi with cracked chests he had run into.

The dark mirror senshi didn't really seem to be a threat.

At being called Mr. Purple, he laughed. "I suppose I am a bit purple. But, well," he tapped his head, grinning in a combination of playfulness and pride at the compliment, "gotta keep my eyes open."

He tilted his head. "So why were you hanging out in a tree?"
