Personality: While at work he is friendly and has a lot of energy as he's usually the one making the treats for his shop. But once he is off work he becomes super lazy and less social as he's normally caught up in his thoughts. During his days off he is still pretty lazy but still gets up and goes places. Though if you wake him up from a nap rudely while he's on his day off, expect a not so friendly Tama. He also has a bad tendency to overwork himself while at the shop once in a while. Though that's around the end of the month when he's trying to figure out what products he'll be switching out for the new season. During this time is best to avoid Tama because he usually pulls a few pranks or two as he becomes a bit childish when overworked. Will always refuse to fight even after being hit. He doesn't like what he becomes when he gets into a fight, so he avoids conflict most of if not all the time.

Biography

Tama was born the third child and the last son in his family. He has two older brothers and one younger sister. For the most part his childhood was normal, his older brothers picked on him while he helped take care of his baby sister when she finally came along. It was around when Tama was about eleven years old that they found out he had a weak immune system. Nothing too serious, just made it so he caught a cold easier than most and a lot of sinus infections. This didn't stop his father from being hard on Tama, always pushing the male to do better in his Kendo training and martial arts training. His brothers were also forced to do these things, but for some reason their father pushed the younger one a lot harder. Tama didn't mind really, he actually enjoyed doing those things for a long time. When he had finished school, he was working his way to be able to teach his own kendo class. But one night he decided to go out for a drink and ended up getting into a fight with a larger male. Well he ended up putting that man in the hospital and ended up locking himself up in his room for days. Tama couldn't believe how much he had enjoyed beating that man that night so he swore off any form of fighting. This lead up to him getting into a huge fight with his father causing the man to throw out his failure for a son is what he called Tama. He traveled around for a few years deciding to try and find a different passion. It turns out that he actually loved learning about all the different kinds of teas and collecting the seeds to grow for himself. He arrived in Yamada about five years ago and decided he wanted to open up his Wagashi shop. Tama knew how to cook thanks to always cooking with his mother after school. It was mainly because he wanted to steal the sweets at the time, but now he's happy he had that time to learn. Though with his shop being open for five years now with him running it just by himself. Tama has finally decided to look for someone to help him out around the shop.

Work Hours

Wagashi Shop
Location: Located near the garden in Yamada
Hours: Open; Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm. Closed; Sat-Sun and on stormy days. Is also closed every now and then due to getting sick.
Extra: This shop sells teas traditional to Japan along with a variety of snacks to go along with your tea. The building is kept to look traditional to a Japanese tea house. There's seating both inside and outside for those who would like to stay and drink their tea there. It also offers its items to go for those who are busy and are on the move. There is traditional Japanese paintings and different weapons hanging on the wall for decor.
