Heldia is cute little town sitting out on the waters edge. Much like the rest of Davus this town is largely over the salty
sea and acts as a stopping port for weary sailors on their voyages. It's home to mostly fishermen, either local or ones
who sail for days on end to find that one catch. Not much happens here.
