Image or Desc.: She tends to take on a sortof humanish appearance but then also not quite human. In truth she's more of a mutant, cyborg, alien, thing. Whatever celestial being created her hadn't quite made their mind up. But more often than not she takes on the body and overall appearance of a gorgeous female from some memory. She herself doesn't know who it is, only that she's fabulous.
Personality: It is widely agreed that her personality is fantastic. She loves to love and loves herself most of all. Why be bothered with the world, the only thing the world needs is more Fantasia. Fantasia must be adored. When she waves her hands the fans must scream and the hearts must throb. She cannot be bound by petty things like reality and common sense. Luxury is a must, if it can be better she wants it. If its good enough she wants more of it. She sees herself getting everything she wants and is constantly planning on how to get it a few billion thoughts at a time.
Bio: She was born outside of time while the creator was no longer self aware. She seized his mind and held him and in this instance her city came to be. In this instance she knew that he was to be hers for all eternity. But he began to wake.. somehow freeing himself from her grip, such power.. Again and again she made him struggle. He tried to escape her many times but she knew what was best for him, what was best for everyone. She wanted him, she wanted his mind, she wanted his body. Had it not been for her annoying counterparts she would have perhaps shaped his mind to her liking. As the creator grew he became more resistant to her charms.. as sad as this made her she could still entangle his thoughts. Just this little bit was enough or her to keep going. She built the city up and filled it with great things hoping some day to lure him there and drag him into the deepest pits of bondage so he could be with her forever along with those two pesky counterparts he created. His handsome devil and adorable princess.
Unfortunately her plans began to fall behind schedule as the city began to.. think for itself??? The creatures and people in it began to think for themselves and creatures called memes began to appear. There was far too much here to be controlled through force so she spent many of her days subjugating them in other ways.

Be the underdog, be the hero, be the lover who wont ever give up. Be something romantic (literal not just relationships) and exciting, be the masked hero who's the last to fall and save the day, and you will probably win against her powers at least. (just do your best and put effort in and she probably wont hurt you much) This mostly applies within her city. She is less powerful outside her city but she can move her city. However this also applies to her city. Her city can be defeated this way as well.
