Personality:he is very quiet and soft spoken often using his hands to speck for him by simply pointing or making gestures that are well known.
He seems nice as he will not do anything to anyone for no reason, stepping aside to let others pass helping others who fall over and always having a smile on his face. But don't let that fool you he is after all the nightmare high lord for a reason. He may scare you or get to close for comfort and may appear from what seems like nowhere with a grin on his face. Be sure never to run into him in a dark street, you may end of running screaming into the night or you may never be seen again.
Bio: What is known about him is mostly rumors and speculation passed down by the monsters who live in the kingdom. His name as well was something the people made up and gave him; if the right people are asked one can find out what each letter means they may have been the one to give that letter to him, or may have heard someone give it to him. The only one who knows his name that is still alive is him, and he does not talk about it or his past to many if anyone. Rumors state he was the first ruler and the founder of the kingdom that before it was just wild lands of monsters living spread out or in random locations. Others say he was human and found his way into the nightmare kingdom then lost all his skin from being there to long. The only one who knows if it is true would be the bone man him self, but good luck getting him to tell you.
What is known is that he clawed his way to power ruling over the kingdom while still being shrouded in mystery. But don't think he hides away he can be seen wondering the lands much of the time he is well known by anyone from any kingdom.

-> Nightmare Retribution [passive]: >> He has the power to be ever elusive hard to hit hard to pin down. Even while many attack they may find it hard to hit him.
-> Cyan Eye: >> His left eye starts to glow as his left hand follows. He then attacks with objects that seem to come out of nowhere and vanish right after missing or hitting. They are real objects but do not stay after they have done their job.
-> Gold Eye: >> His right eye starts glowing his right hand following after. He then throws energy waves balls and other things at his target.
Both eyes mixed together make it very hard to deal with him in a fight.
-> Waking Nightmare: >> Grabbing hold of his target he can put them in a dream like state where everything that they see happen will not be real. They may kill N.M.E take over the kingdom and rule from on high, or may be burtaly killed in moments thinking they have died. After a set amount of time [4 posts] the dream will shatter and they will be awake again. While in this state the person can no be attacked or killed it as if they are in that world in their dream.
-> Shadows: >> He seems to teleport around all the time, but what is really happening is he is moving from shadow to shadow seamlessly. He may be walking one way then all of a sudden he is in your face the moment you turn your head to look at him. Very scary and not something that anyone should want to happen to them.
-> Monster skulls: >> Using his power he summons dragon like skulls that use elements in their attacks, fire and ice. He can call upon many of these skulls as he uses both his eyes to move them and make them attack.
