Led Zeppelin are widely considered one of the most successful, innovative, and influential rock groups in history. I was introduced to them like most people are, which was the overplaying of Stairway to Heaven on the radio as a kid. Looking back now, each Led Zeppelin song holds its own special nostalgia. My most recent purchase is their Celebration Day album. What is your experience with Led Zeppelin?

Led Zeppelin is great. I used to hear them on the radio all the time when I was younger. Houses of the Holy is one of the first albums I bought for myself. Over the Hills and Far Away is still one of my all time favorite songs.

You can never go wrong with Led Zeppelin. They're one of the greatest bands in rock history. Going to California holds fond memories for me, as it's one of the first songs I remember hearing. All of their albums are phenomenal with the exception of Coda.

Didn't they just re-issue a few of their albums as well? A friend of mine happened to mention it.

Yes, on multiple occasions. They're an older band, so naturally things are occasionally remastered and reissued. My information could be inaccurate, but Jimmy Page spent some time in 2014 remastering their discography. Most recently, their compilation album BBC Sessions was subject to the same treatment.

It was originally a compilation album featuring nine studio sessions and a live concert recorded for the BBC, released on November 11, 1997 by Atlantic Records. The first new release in seven years, I believe. The first disc contains material from four different 1969 BBC sessions, while the second contains a concert recorded in April 1971 at the Paris Theater in London.

The album was re-released in September 2016 with further BBC recordings, including the "Sunshine Woman" session.
