■ CLEVER Sera is clever. She is good with puzzles, but her real strength is not manipulating shapes or numbers to sort through, but people. Over her life of being expected to be in the background for being a girl, she has gained a good feel for what makes people tick and at Charms school worked to hone the skill more when among her own peers.
■ WELL-SPOKEN Sera was educated in proper English and pronunciation, as well as public speaking. Never a particularly shy child, this education Sera uses to win over both her peers and adults often.
■ TACTICAL Sera has a love for military history she picked up from reading and typical studies. She loves to read about battles such as the battle of Hogwarts and analyse how each side could have done better to win. As a result, she's not a good one to play a chess match against or even cards (if you want to win that is), and she is quite ruthless in Wizarding Chess.

CHILDHOOD Sera is the oldest child of the only son (and child) of the second son (Wendell Johann Avery) of Robert Carlson Avery the First, the head of the Avery Clan. Her grandfather, and father, all chose to have a child quite young and in their early twenties as having an heir was expected. In her case, she was seen much as a failure in the fact she was a girl. Sera likes to point out (at least to herself) that there are far worse outcomes and fates than merely her being a girl). Her father and mother's marriage was arranged much as her grandfather's was. They were the sort of people who found it easier to let a marriage be decided for them than to try to sort through the rather narrow options of respectable pureblood women there were in the dating pool. So, of course, when she was born it was decided that she at the very least would become a respectable pureblood woman.
Sera has attended Charms school so far before heading to Hogwarts and has in fact had a very quiet, and typical, upper-middle-class pureblood upbringing. While considering where she stands on the family tree, she is far from as wealthy as some of her family members, and she has lived a quite comfortable life and is happy enough, if a bit sheltered.
SCHOOL YEARS Sera's time at Hogwarts was pretty quiet, though she found herself not well accepted by her classmates. This didn't deter her, as she made it her mission to be the top of the class in her year. She did meet a few people she found to be interesting, and made the quidditch team as the team seeker for years. During her last year at school, she befriended and dated a muggle in the army named Kaur while out and about in London. Her younger brother Alec had joined Hogwarts and sorted into Gryffindor, which caused tension in the family as a result, and Sera had escaped to get away from the situation. She ended up graduating from Hogwarts and moved onto adult life, wondering just what she was going to do now since she's become slightly estranged from her parents.

■ CLEVER Mordred is particularly bright for his age, paired with his habits of reading and browsing the internet, and watching obscure documentaries along with his good memory he is well versed in many subjects and enjoys discussing most various topics as well as thinking up creative solutions to problems with his knowledge.
■ RESENTFUL Being a b*****d son of a pureblood wizard and a muggle mother (who still continue their relationship whenever his father visits from France), and saddled with the name of one of the most infamous bastards of legend, Mordred is irritable and resentful of his situation, regardless if his mother is well enough to him.
■ HONEST Feeling both his parents are rather deceitful people, Mordred has worked extremely hard to be anything but that way and has no care if his honesty hurts any feelings in the way, because better to be honest than a liar in Mordred's opinion.
■ STUBBORN Mordred wants to be his own person. Marches to his own drum, though, he may not stand out he does make his decisions logically and for his own reasons and no one else's.

CHILDHOOD Mordred's father is a pureblood wizard by the name of Peter Avery who is married to a pureblood witch Noémie Avery with two grown children, all who live in France. Mordred is not a product of this marriage but instead the result of the affair of Peter with his only mistress (and likely liked as well as his wife), the muggle model Clara Amber Sefton. Clara Sefton is a successful model who makes her home in London, and the two met by chance 13 years prior. Peter enchanted by Clara's good looks began to see Clara on the side whenever he was in England. Two years after meeting, Clara ended up pregnant with Mordred who she so named after 'one of her favorite characters because he has such sad and romantic stories' from Arthurian myths. Mordred thinks his mother chose his name in bad taste considering. Regardless, Mordred grew up relatively well liked and cared for by him mother and sent to stay with a babysitter on any weekend Peter Avery was in town.
Clara was unaware of Peter being a wizard till Mordred was four when she was terrified to see in Mordred's room his toys actually moving on their own. Thankfully for Mordred and Clara's sanity Peter was there at the time and was able to explain the situation. Clara cautiously adapted to the idea finding Peter all the more charming thanks to him being "a talented wizard" and said "no wonder he stole my heart, he's enchanting". Mordred was less impressed and in fact is quite happy to escape his mother by going to Hogwarts. He only hopes he doesn't get recognized by any of his father's family because from his father's rather lengthy lecture before he went "he better keep his mouth shut on who he is and say he's a filthy mudblood, or he'd kill the brat himself to keep Mordred's moth shut". Mordred sees no reason to brag about his father anyways, and has no intention of bragging or otherwise about the man, but if asked directly he's not going to lie, and he'll say he's halfblood, people too cowardly to face their sins aside. SCHOOL YEARS FIRST YEAR Mordred was sorted into Ravenclaw and made friends with one of the upper years, Gia Donati.
SECOND YEAR After Mordred's second year the heads of the Avery family were incarcerated due to involvement in dark magic or something of the like and Mordred was informed that his father came out about his existence and intended to marry his mother. He also had his first kiss stolen by Gia, annoying him and causing him to complain about it incessantly.
THIRD YEAR During Mordred's third year his parents got married and Mordred started a modeling career in France to escape his father's constant presence at his home in London. While in France he met a Ukrainian fellow starting model named Yuliya who he started dating for the summer before he and she agreed to take the school year off so not to bother with a long distance relationship.
FOURTH YEAR In Mordred's fourth year he joined the Ravenclaw quidditch team due to their need of players and also to spend more time with a friend on the team who had caught his eye-Diantha Warlow. He is slowly working up the confidence to confess to Diantha and hopes to at the start of his fifth year.
FIFTH YEAR Fifth year started off badly for Mordred. He decided to convince to Di his longstanding crush on her, only to be told that his continued jealousy of her friends interacting with her made him out to be an arse. Due to this, he kept to himself, and it resulted in a lackluster year in quidditch for him. He however did resolve to try and improve her image of her to see if maybe it could work out.
SIXTH YEAR Sixth year Mordred spent keeping to himself, and ended up resigning from the quidditch team as a result of not feeling the same enthusiasm for the sport as he used to. He did put more of a focus into his schoolwork, and made plans to potentially move out on his own over the summer before seventh year.
