Shop Rules:

1.) First and foremost be respectful. We don't appreciate nor tolerate flaming or disrespect towards any of the shop staff or kid owners.
2.)If caught flaming you will be black listed and reported.
3.)Do NOT steal any artwork. The artist has worked hard on the images and don't want to see them reproduced/copied/or stolen. Thank you.
4.)No chatspeak/l33t speak.
5.)No refunds
6.)There is no limit to how many you have but PLEASE only take in what you are willing to RP/Do the requirements for.
7.)Do not whine or beg for a child there will be plenty of opportunities.
8.)This is an role playable store. Role play is required to get new art and the next stages.
9.)If you are inactive for more than three months you will be pm'd. If you still don't pick up rp will have the right to take away your child and rehome him/her.
10.)Do not pester artists or staff members unless you feel it is needed. Like if we missed your growth or didn't answer a question you had asked about.
11.) Please pm the shopmule with any questions you have involving customs and plots. Do NOT pm the artist. Though we don't mind answering questions we feel it would be better if all questions were directed to the shop mule from now on.
12.)Play dates only count for the stage they are in and do NOT count for future requirements. So if you child is teen all the play dates count for that stage. THEY DO NOT count for stages beyond that.
13.)Rules are subject to change. The date will be added to which rules were changed or added.

Role play Rules:

1.)For a PD (play date) to count each owner must make at least 5 posts, so ten posts total.
2.)No Chatspeak or l33t speak. Be literate please.
3.)Keep all rp PG 13 and under. Anything above that take it to pms.
4.)Please follow Gaia's TOS.

Prompt Flatsale Rules:

1.)If there is more than one child in the FS you can only win one. So choose carefully.
2.)You are not allowed to enter for other people/pose as the person or write their prompt for them.
3.) PM your entries to the mule.
4.) Entries are judged on creativity and literacy but for me creativity is more important there small grammatical errors are.
5.)If you win please send your trade ASAP!

Auction

1. You can win an Auction for another person!
2. If you bid in an auction and enter the other events you have to pick which one you want in the end. Only one win per person per event. <3
3. Send payment promptly to the mule.

Raffle Sales:

1.) Rules will vary from Raffle to raffle.

Speed flatsales:

1.) Won't be done.

Questions:

Q: So...can I have one?
A: Only through Flat sales, auctions, raffles, customs, or bribes.

Q: How much are they?
A: Cost depends on the method you acquire them. FS base price is 100m though.

Q: Legendaries?
A: I am hoping to keep this to ONLY a few per type. That means for each Legendary Pokemon there will be be ONE regular one and ONE shiny, and then after that one has to get a special potion or enter a creativity contest to get one. The exception being Jirachi. Even with the special potion options I want for them to be rare since they are Legendaries, as well as the fact that they would be far more complicated to draw then the average Pokemon.

Q: What about Jirachi, why is it an exception?
A: For the moment another Jirachi will not be allowed since the main shop NPC is just that, perhaps there will be an event in the future for a shiny version though. We will have to see.

Notes: For Guest Artist Pokemon, if you are lucky enough to win a hybrid, shiny, etc potion in a thread game ask the guest artist FIRST before using it on the Pokemon to make sure they are alright with it.

Those who are inactive cannot have tickets bought for them nor can they buy tickets for someone else. Please be sure you and all of your characters are off the inactive list to join us!

Custom Notes: These are for NORMAL Pokemon that start at Pokemon stage. No Legendary or Hybrids, these are just straight up Pokemon that are to be chosen from the new Sun & Moon Pokemon and their Alolan Forms. You get to pick the Pokemon, gender, and nature and the artist will do the rest!

Send the Gold: To the Mule, Please. Title it with how many tickets you are buying, end them in 5 or 0 please, to make the math easier. Gold will be divided and send to the various artists at the end of the event. <3

Aaaand, Jeze did NOT get a coggins or a botulism shot, just like I thought. :/ Called the vet, and he said if I need him to come out again I'll have to pay the $48 call out fee PLUS whatever else I need done. The fees I owe from when he came out an vaccinated my horse without me knowing/consenting totals up to $110. First of all, the barn owner had given the vet my cell phone number. That's how his office contacted me for billing. I'm sure he's a busy guy, equine vets usually are, but you'd think before he touches a new client's horse he should have at least talked to me beforehand. WHY did his office not call me before doing anything? Why wasn't I informed that there was even an appointment? He has no medical history on Jezebel. What if she'd had a reaction to one of those vaccines I didn't know she was given? Long story short, I'm pretty upset about all this. I decided to switch back to the vet I'd been using. I should have never agreed to use my barn owner's vet in the first place since I'm not familiar with him. :/ My old vet's call out fee is $60, but god damn is it worth it to be dealing with competent individuals. :rofl: And the old vet has a "wellness program" that I'll probably end up joining, where you pay like $150 + reduced call out fee and your horse gets its teeth floated, gets annual vaccines, has a thorough annual exam, they go over nutrition and help with an effective deworming program. And you get 5% off services, medication, and call out fees. I'm just sticking with my good vet from now on. ;O; I feel like I could probably fight the fees from the vet who didn't do what I wanted and is charging me $110 for it, but it's not worth the drama. I really feel like I shouldn't have to pay it, though.
