If a canon character has a fruit, an oc can not have it.

There is currently no ban on other abilities but staff reserve the right to ban abilities that are bad for the rp community.

Any abilities that are canon and can be used to control another character should have their use discussed ooc before they are used. Example: Doflamingo's strings.
