⌬ Gaia ToS
- Follow Gaia Terms of Service. If it is stated as wrong in the ToS, it is also wrong within the guild.

⌬ Crew
- The crew is the commanding body of the guild. Much like the player, the crew must abide to the rules so as not to form an unjust rule. Suggestions, corrections and constructive criticism is welcome and very well taken; do not be afraid to come to any of us to ask for help or to help us reconstruct something you think that is lacking anywhere within the guild.

⌬ Respect
- Please respect each other while, and while not, role playing. Your character can be an a*****e, but that doesn't mean you have to be. Problems with other role players should be solved in a peaceful manner. Do not try to solve the problems with violence, if you find a problem in another role player, either bring it to the staff or solve it between yourselves. Additionally, do not trash talk anyone within the guild.

⌬ Romance and Sexuality
- Romance is allowed and encouraged; however keep your clothes on. When it comes to cybering, our advice is don't do it. The guild, or any person on the crew, does not encourage it, and will not take responsibility for it. If anyone is found out cybering within the guild, they will be dealt with by the crew.

⌬ God-modding
- No one is invincible. God-modding will not be tolerated. Death and failure are part of this role play.
God-modding includes auto-hitting (act of attacking the enemy and not letting them dodge or react to it, no matter the attack), auto-dodging (act of always evading attacks that would be otherwise impossible to dodge), auto-knowing (act of reading a narration, character profile or other threads, thus obtaining knowledge otherwise not available to your character) or auto-obtaining (act of obtaining an item or power without going through the proper procedures of attaining it, not paying for it or by simply stating you own it without proof). God-modders will be dealt with by the crew.
As a rule, when you enter any role playing thread or fight in a certain state, you must remain in that same state, regardless of new abilities or items gained in other locations. During official challenges, your profile will be properly locked by the crew until the fight or challenge is over. Disregarding this rule will result in it being considered cheating.

⌬ Number of Characters
- At first, you may have up to three characters, however, if you wish to play more, please contact the crew with the reason and we may allow more.

⌬ RPC Death
- During PvP fights, make sure to get permission if you want to kill another player's character. We will not accept any kind of unjust death; however, if the player has given permission, it may be too late to back down.
In some cases, such as during extremely dangerous fights, this rule may not apply; in such cases, in the leading post in the thread, it'll specifically tell the player that the fight is a death fight, which can result in the character's death.

⌬ Realism
- Try to stay true to the setting. Always maintain realism when role playing.

⌬ Out Of Character
- Use "OOC:" or go to the OOC forum if you want to talk out of character. Avoid causing confusion as much as possible. It is also recommended for you to use a small spot in your format for explaining the abilities you are using.

⌬ Character Creation
- Post your Character sheets in the respective thread for approval. You may role play as you wait for approval, but you can't use any type of abilities or skills or any powers.

⌬ Thread Creation
- Contact crew about creating your own threads. Make sure you bring to them the reason why you want such a thread, why it would be interesting to have it and the general layout already written out nicely.
Threads that have skipped this will be judged, taking the disregard of this rule into account, and if the crew does not approve of it they will contact the player so they can fetch it. As soon as they have fetched it, and moved into a test/archive guild/forum, it will be deleted.

⌬ Activity
- Please try to be as active as possible. I know that our real lives can catch up to us, however, at least let the staff and those your are role playing with know if you won't be able to post for a while.
