Hey how do I actually get a house? I have been to a space for rent and requested permission to live there but what happens next?

Sorry if I'm being dumb but not done this before redface

its actually best if you create your own space, waiting for someone can take months and if they want you gone they can ban you from housing so get your own space

first go to towns 2 HERE
then get to the screaming daggers dock

then click on the housing icon
go to housing? click that
then click continue to housing
then click create neighborhood

if you go to gambino you will be in a tropical environment
if you go to durem you can fake a second level on your house
if you go to barton you feel like your in an enchanted forest
not sure about the other one
