Normally he wears a button up shirt with a zipup jacket over it. The colors usually vary but the jacket is usually black while the shirt is a Plaid like color. Due to being raised up high he is a bit more resistent to the cold than most however he doesnt enjoy the heat, so in hot areas he may tie his jacket to his waist. Short Sleeved or sleeveless, (if he gets forced into a longsleeved shirt he'll rip the sleeves off.)

⌘Personality:Ethan is a kind and caring individual to almost anyone or anything he meets, even if they have done him harm in the past he will always try to be kind to them. He can be a bit stubborn when it comes to things people say he wouldn't be able to do, like climbing down a mountain by himself, swimming across a lake without a Surfing Pokemon, or making his own way to the lab in Pallet Town. Ethan has always been a tiny bit guillable, even the Pokemon he grew up with seemed to think so because they loved tricking him into situations that normally would have gotten him into huge trouble or hurt. Since he didn't grow up with a lot of people his social side is a bit off, he tends to be incredibly shy when he is around regular people and this kinda causes him to be a bit paranoid that secretly everyone hates him at first glance. Ethan is a optimist and yet a pessimist at the same time, mostly when it concerns someone else is he optimistic and will believe in them to a unhealthy extent. While thinking about himself he is exactly the opposite, he sees things as 'You might be right about me not being able to do this... A nobody like me... But that doesn't mean I wont try!'
He also seems to think of himself as physically weak due to the way he looks and all of the scars on his body, and may constantly use his strength as though it was natural for everyone while claiming that someone else probably could have done something better of faster than he can. He has very little knowledge of what a regular persons strength would be, and even if someone said otherwise he is unlikely to believe them since he has such a Stubborn point of view about himself. He is quite ashamed of the markings on his body and tends to wearing clothing that covers a majority of his skin to hide this, even when in Warmer Temperatures he'll risk having a heat stroke just to hide them under his jacket. His love of Pokemon can also lead him down dangerous paths thanks to his kind nature he occasionally will try to befriend a Pokemon before attempting capture, which has also led to him getting a few scars and damaged clothing that he may need repaired often. He sometimes has a bit of a personality flaw where he automatically trusts someone despite not knowing them, it all depends on the way they first met and whether or not Ethan is in a hurry.

Ethan was born to a unmarried couple who had been travelling the world when his mother became pregnant with him. She was a Pokemon 'Ranger' and had been assigned to work with his father who had been a highly regarded Archaeologist along with a professor of Mythology at one of the Pokemon Schools. Their names were Mason and Leliana, and both of them decided it would be best to take a tiny break from their travels. At least until their child was born and old enough to fend for himself, his father was a trainer who had a somewhat odd devotion to Psychic and Rock type pokemon. Seeming to want to focus on gathering itemsalmost as much as he wanted to gather up old Fossils and put them on display in his Office. His mother was a bit different, she was the type of trainer who gathered up Pokemon she felt were physically tough. Which were for the most part her team of Fighting type pokemon, she had her own set up for a Pokemon PC that allowed them to remain in her home instead of being teleported to a PC at random. Although it was password protected so Ethan could never figure out what pokemon she had hidden in there, and none of the others would give out any details. But they ended up buying a large house up on Mt.Silver, since that would be a place they could continuously train without getting rust on their skills and it would prove a bit of exploration for them since the Mountain seemed to be nearly endless. His parents taught him the basics like how to speak, and use the microwave and the like while also showing him around the house when time came for them to leave. His parents left him in the care of their group of fighting type Pokemon after his father used a Mr.Mime to hypnotize him into agreeing to do all the housework and to watch the house while they are gone. But he also ended up instilling a bit of fear into the boy, by adding a threat to the hypnosis that if he didn't follow it the Mr.Mime would use Dream Eater, and eat all his dreams along with his soul (Mostly as a prank) like the stories say the move does.
He was about 5 years old when his parents left, and the pokemon seemed to be a bit at odds with each other when it came to watching over him and trying to take care of a human child. It mostly came with the fact that at first they knew the boy couldn't understand him,which meant they didnt know how to tell him what to do, and what not to do. But they eventually figured out a way to figure that out, they decided it would be best to have the child train beside them and try and develop a bit of a bond with him. More so than that of a Pokemon Trainer and their partner but one of a family since thats basically what they were to him. This started the reason why Ethan ended up as strong as he is, and why he is capable of using martial arts and other combat styles to a high degree. Its also why he was able to learn how to speak to them and understand them, all because they needed a better way to take care of the boy without him trying to use the stove and running outside in the snow by himself. The Pokemon realized eventually that he had no way of going to a school, especially since they themselves couldn't travel with a child to New Bark Town which at the time probably would have been the best place for him to learn since the Professor was there. But they ended up teaching him from all the books and stuff his father left for Ethan to read, which tended to be old elementary school books or high school level text books. It was a good thing the boy learned how to read fast before his parents left, and so was the basic life of Ethan up until he turned 10. (Mostly because his parents had a psychic type pokemon implant knowledge into him before hypnotizing him into cleaning and such)
When Ethan turned 10, he got a call from his parents who had travelled far and wide to the region of Unova to study the ruins and artifacts there. He had been outside chopping firewood with the help of his 'brother' Machop when the call came through to the house phone, a Machoke brought the phone to him and when Ethan heard who it was his spirits rose. He actually expected it to be them saying they were finally going to return, but it was actually them basically telling him that they weren't coming back for a little bit longer and questioning how he had been eating and everything. And that they were going to be sending him a few things soon, some stuff he might need for when he finally started his own Journey. When they finally hung up the phone the boy was on the brink of tears, it had been years since he had even seen the face of his father and all he ever did lately was hear their voice once a month. He felt like noone cared about him, and almost like the Pokemon could sense it they decided to give him a distraction. They upped the training while two of his mothers Pokemon left the house, a Lucario and a Machamp entered Mt.Silver and came back a day later while a tired Ethan was outside under the lampost his father installed before leaving. They had been into the mountain and crafted him a small Poke Flute, it was in the shape of a Ocarina(pretend the Tri-Force Symbol isnt there) and Ethan looked it over with curiousity, and tried playing it and at hearing the beautiful sound it made he couldnt help but smile with such happiness that the two fighting type pokemon pounding their chests proudly. Ethan hugged them before proceeding to practice playing melodies with it. He eventually started copying the music he heard on TV or on the Nintendo games he played when he had free time. And it wasn't but a year later when he was supposed to start his Pokemon Journey.
When Ethan had his 11th birthday he was supposed to head out to New Bark Town and go get a starter Pokemon, but his Father decided to call him out of the blue because he had been hearing some pretty dangerous rumors while in the Sevii Islands of Hoenn. That a mysterious group of bandits had been breaking into peoples homes, and kidnapping unsuspecting Pokemon trainers for all kinds of horrible purposes. He told the boy he had to post pone his trip, at least for a few months and that he would call him when it came time for him to finally start his journey. The boy was heart broken yet again, but this time was a tiny bit different. He had been playing his Ocarina often, he had run out of books to read along with games to play and it seemed like he had nothing to do. He waited until the fighting type Pokemon had gone to sleep, and decided to quietly sneak out and try to make his way to Newbark town himself. It didnt go well for him, because he didnt know the way and ended up entering Mt.Silver on his own. Upon entry he ended up meeting face to face with one of the robbers his dad warned him about, but thanks to the training he had been given when the robber tried to steal the Pokemon (Which he didnt have) Ethan was able to essentially toss the man away from him before running off with a pair of mountain climbing gloves. But the man wasn't alone, which ended up being a issue when the young child led him and his tiny group to his home. The group decided to try and break in, coming in through the window and smacking stuff as they did making plenty of noise waking all the fighting type Pokemon in the house, it didnt take much the Pokemon long to viciously beat the attacking humans out of the house and on their way. Boy was this going to be hard to explain to his parents, probably would be the Officers as well!
His parents decided to punish him for trying to run off on his own, they decided he had to repair the house by himself while also making sure that he didnt leave the house until they felt he was ready by transporting a 'guardian' pokemon to live with him while he was still too young to leave. They sent over a Medicham which the two of them had trained together to make sure he was stuck there, every time the boy would try to run off (Which wasnt often) he would find himself in battle with the fighting/psychic type Pokemon and always end up flat on his back. So he decided to train more so with the pokemon, desiring greatly to finally start his own journay and get his own starter Pokemon from the Professor in Pallet town. And it took him years to even get this chance,he didnt get to try and leave until he was 16.
He contacted his parents, and asked for permission to leave. They let him feeling like he was finally old and strong enough to make it out in the world on his own, they told him to head down the mountain to New Bark town. So that he could get a starter Pokemon, however before they could tell him how to get down the mountain the phone cut out. And Ethan took it as "Find your own way down..." And so his journey started down the mountain...He went through a lot on the way down, however he never made it to New Bark town. His cloths were torn to shreds, and it looked like he had went through a war zone. The legs of his cloths were ripped, he was missing a shoe, and the sleeves of his clothing were gone. But somehow or another he ended up in the Kalos region, he doesn't even remember how it happened. But he did know one thing," Not telling dad and them... " He ended up saving a package that held a pokemon in it, his new friend Totodile which ended up leading him to meet the Professor....
