[Dark Energy Manipulation]: Shalerthn can create, shape and manipulate dark energy, usually drawn from inter-dimensional or other similar sources. It can be channeled to a variety of effects as an absence of light, a solid, gaseous and/or liquid substance that can be shaped/manifested in various ways.
[Nullify]: He is capable of cancelling out another being's powers, making them unable to use their powers for as long as they are effected. (Lasts up to two to three posts affected beings appear to have purple vein like tattoos on there arms and torso when affected). He uses this ability by making brief physical contact with a target or multiple targets. Also he must not be wearing his gloves when in contact. Less than a second of contact is needed for this. Physical abilities are slightly weakened from normal. There is another way he can use this ability. He can use it in conjunction with his rapier to literally slice through a magical attack to nullify it (or the supernatural properties of an attack), but that only lasts for a brief moment and does not effect whether a person can use their powers, it only nullifies the attack itself, completely physical attacks are ether weakened or unaffected. (It's not his fault if anyone gets cut from the blade)
[Ability 3]: Call to Kin: Shalerthn can use Call to Kin to summon skeletons of fallen dragons from the earth below. They are relatively weak but can reassemble after a while but only a limited number of times before turning to dust. Call to Kin can also influence other dragon to following his will. It is not commanding and cannot be used to directly cause harm to other dragons. Example: Call to Kin can be used to diffuse a fight or gain a follower. Call to Kin CANNOT make another go into a trap, go into a dangerous area or cause self harm.

Personality: He has a very mischievous side to him when he is in the mood to mess with his sister but over all he is rather cold to most people.
Fears: Nothing (loosing his sister again)
Backstory: While Silver's story is well known, even if it isn't a pleasant one, his isn't. During the war that was brought on he had of course sided with his sister but he was also personally hunting Eckrovisch when he learned of Amarth. Even though there wasn't much he could do he did try and follow her and Eckrovisch to where they where hiding but sadly lost them before he could. The past years till recently he has been looking for his niece but had to stop after he felt his sister wake up from her slumber and had to go make sure she didn't do something stupid, sadly he was too late.
Goal: Be as annoying as possible to Silver
