I have this playlist I started a bit ago that's full of art tutorials, advice, reference and animated clips. Just some stuff to inspire me. Unfortunately some of the videos were removed but as it currently stands, the playlist has 139 videos in it and I think it's a good resource. I add to it when I can. I've actually gone and download most of these videos so I can look at them offline and study them. If you like them, I'd suggest doing the same.
