Personality: Cesare is a very private person, but overall approachable. He has an insatiable interest in the human mind and is extremely inquisitive.

Bio: Cesare had a reasonably normal life until he was abducted by aliens at the age of ten. His memory of the experience was wiped out and slowly came back to him over the years. At first they were just flashes, but since then he has had full memory recovery and is, at times, under the influence of alien experimentation in that they can control certain parts of his mind at different times. This fact is something he keeps secret and his personal research revolves around finding a way to gain full control of his mind again. As of now, he uses his patients to do mental experiments off the record. Luckily for him, the director of the asylum has his own secrets to take care of.
