Setbacks/Weaknesses: His marksmanship suffers if he isn't using his gun (The Queen's Executioner), and his observation skills suffer if he is tired, hungry, or if his surroundings are dark or cold (50 degrees Fahrenheit). His charm doesn't work well on males, and his charm won't work on female psychics or demons.

Personality: Clovis has a very outgoing personality. He often states what is on his mind (or, to be more precise, what he wants others to believe), and he often hits on people whom he considers his friends. Or if he wants information.
Fears: Clovis has a huge case of both arachnophobia and claustrophobia.
Bio: As a young boy, Clovis was born into a family of four, becoming the youngest sibling of a fine French family. However, this family was far from peaceful. The oldest child, a girl, gone missing shortly after being accused of practicing black magic, the family descended into a downwards spiral into madness. The mother became abusive. The father slaughtered the mother in a fit of rage when he was seven years old, and attempted to kill his older brother, Kylian. Luckily, Clovis shot his father in the leg and the arm, preventing the father from causing harm to his older sibling.
Afraid for his brother's life, Kylian took Clovis and ran away from home, finding a safe haven in England. Clovis broke down and escaped from the safe haven, then came across the chief inspector of Scotland Yard by chance. After hearing the child's story, the kind inspector took the boy under his wing, teaching him all he could. From here, Clovis gained the skill of observation, noticing things the normal human eye couldn't. After the death of this inspector, Clovis broke down again- this time, his mentality went along with it. After developing an alter ego or two, Clovis vowed to arrest anyone going against the law. By the age of 16, he became known as "The Executioner of Scotland Yard". However, things just didn't settle well for Clovis. He wanted more. This is when he found himself within Northern Star Academy. After a year of familiarizing the school grounds, Clovis set out to put his chaotic plan into motion...
Character Flaws: He is often rude and brash, his ongoing personality can be seen as quite annoying by some, and he likes to get in fights. A lot.
