It's a tie between Dreemur Reborn and Ask Frisk and Company for the comic side. I also really used to like half-hearted Dreemurs before it stopped.

As for artwork really anything with enough creativity or awesome crossovers that fit like undertale x jojo or this one funny one comparing Chara with Caim from Drakengard. Or just draw an awsome picture of Asriel smile

I also really like seeing those who like to draw what they intemperate what the player/ the anomaly would look like as an actual in game character. Sadly these are few and far between
