Guildwide Rules
As with any guild or organization, a set of rules must be built and maintained, as a guideline and example for the members that are forced to abide by them. Below is a set of rules that must be followed when, but not limited to, in character (IC) and out of character (OoC). This thread is not limited only to the rules below.
Guildwide:
- Gaia ToS must be followed and maintained. Any breaking of Gaia rules will result in an immediate ban.
- All rules must be followed and will be dealt with based on severity of disobedience.
- Moderators (Crew, Vice-Captain(s), & Captain) have superiority, with Vice-Captain and Captain having supremacy.
- RESPECT. Respect the Mods and your fellow role players. We will give you three warnings before getting the boot.
- MAX 3 Characters per person, IF you can handle it. Otherwise we ask you focus on your main.
- Let us know if you're going to be gone or leaving. Don't leave everyone hanging. This is a long-term role play, so if you join, stay in or let us know that you are leaving for any reason!
- Try to post at least 2-4 times a week unless something comes up; Leave a notice in the absence thread in case of emergencies or long absences, life happens, we understand.
- Despite everything presented in this thread, what the Guild Owner says, GOES!
- ALWAYS CHECK FOR UPDATES
In Character:
- Absolutely no God-Modding.
- Should a character be caught God-Modding, there will be only one warning. If God-Modding persists, the character will be removed from the storyline and will be treated as though his/her actions didn't take place until and will remain so until the beginning of the next chapter. Persistence in this problem will result in character being placed within the Blacklist
- Characters are expected to maintain a sense of reality when posting. Outrageous and completely impossible posts will be deleted.
- ABSOLUTELY NO CYBERING! Any sexual based posts will be deleted and members will be banned with no chance of rejoining guild.
- Romance is allowed, keep it Below NC-17 Ratings.
- Cussing, while tolerated, does not mean go overboard.
- BE LITERATE! You don't need to drop a novel, but please, no one liners. Also, please be sure to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

- Instructions and regulations provided by guild moderators must be followed within the boundaries of reason. If there cannot be an agreement, contact the Guild Owner and the dispute will be settled.
- Real life problems will NOT be brought into the guild. Doing so tends to create many problems and confrontations within the guild.
- Use (()) |||| or [] to Speak OoC.
