That movie was the BEST movie i have ever seen, aside from the Underworld movies mayb, but i LOVED it. when i first watched it i didnt want it 2 end so i kept playing it and playing it and playing it and now both of my folks r completly tired of it and Underworld. 3nodding rofl

Van Helsing is an AWESOME movie.
I love it, and I love that Gas Propelled Crossbow.
I think the bit at the end where there are two lights, one thats the sun, and then a pure white one above the sun that is heaven, It was an very cool effect.

VanHelsing-LeftHandOfGod Van Helsing is an AWESOME movie. I love it, and I love that Gas Propelled Crossbow. I think the bit at the end where there are two lights, one thats the sun, and then a pure white one above the sun that is heaven, It was an very cool effect. That crossbow was messed up.
How can you shoot ANY kind of bow if the string dosn't move?!

it was a gas propelled crossbow, it didnt need a 'string'.
It had a clip with tons of crossbow bolts that connected in the underside and the gas creates sort of an explosion inside that fires the bolt out. Simple.

the characters were awsome! Van Helsing was so buff as a wearwolf! i loved all the weapons. Also Carl was a pretty cool side kick and made me laugh biggrin 4laugh
