Will add this info later, but pretty much this is where npc characters will be added. I know there may be a lot that need to be made, but please do your best not to spam npcs. Only if they are actually important and will be important on more than one or two occasions should you really be posting one here. Also might be restricting NPC characters to Vice Captains and Captain
