What do you think of German Pancakes? A lot of people alter a recipe so it's better suited to their tastes. Personally, I just add a lot more sugar to mine. That way, adding a topping (such as frosting, or sprinkled with powdered sugar) is unnecessary. I've never tried it with the lemon though, as I don't think I would like that. What about you-have you ever made it? Do you like yours sweet or less like a treat and more like how people have biscuits? I really like watching them get all big n puffed up.

Like this?  I had to look it up. I've never had one, but now I want one. We just have basic pancakes, but I do need to learn how to make crepes, too.

Yesss. They're yummy, espesh if you like French toast. Like 5 ingredients,mix,bake,, done. Easy as can be.
