RULES:
1. If ㅅ,ㅎ,ㅈ, or ㅊ are at the bottom of the character (by themselves) they all make a T sound. For example, 것 (geos) is pronounced 겉 (geot), but 많이 (manhi) is not pronounced 만티 (manti) because the ㅎ was not by itself.
2. If ㅇ is before a vowel, it is silent, but if it comes at the bottom of a word (받침/batchim) is is pronounced as "ng". For example, 방 is pronounced "bang", not "ba".
