Just as the title says, anyone else in this guild play any of the games on Streetpass Mii Plaza for the Nintendo 3DS?

If so, your thoughts on the games? Any advice you're looking for? Feel like ranting about something related to any of them?

Basically, if it's related to Streetpass Mii Plaza, feel free to talk about it here.

Also, if you vote in the poll, mind if I ask why you chose the option you chose?

Before anyone asks, I chose the more than one option. I like a number of the games for different reasons. The main ones that come to mind for me are Flower Town, Monster Manor, Ultimate Angler, and Battleground Z, although I like them all to some degree... well, Mii Force a LITTLE less so... (Before anyone asks, I still think Mii Force is fun, but eesh some of the levels were just brutal for me to get through. Probably didn't help that my brother, who streetpass-tags me the most, usually had PURPLE as his color when I was playing that one.)

Flower Town... I really like the idea of trying to grow all the species. I still have yet to grow all the species though. I believe I have 12 regular species and 2 Rare Breeds to go... I'm still wishing I can luck out with the Crystal Lily... from what I understand it's so shiny...

Monster Manor is one of two games that I'm currently focused on. I LOVE the way they worked out the RPG elements to be a bit more action-oriented than simple turn based gameplay. Also, the fact that it's rather simple to get into, AND the fact that you can vary your strategy a bit to match your playstyle based on what weapons you have feels AWESOME! I myself like to carry one weapon of each of the five elements so that way I can always choose one that will have the edge over the main enemies of the game, but admittedly I tend to prefer weapons that have plenty of batteries so that I can guard as much as I need and/or a good charge speed to utilize counter attacks along with carrying a badge to increase recharge speed and two other badges. -sigh- Now if only I can get a better fire weapon because my Kerosene Kindler +2 is maxed out and still I find the Mummies and Mummifiend to be a thing I dread. Heck, aside from maybe the floor 30 boss, it was the floor 29 Mummifiend that was the closest to actually ending my game. I still have yet to actually game over though.

Ultimate Angler was one that my brother got me into. Heck, he and I have kinda been racing each other to see who can clear which islands first. In terms of species caught and number of catches, I'm ahead of him in both, but as for island clears, so far I only cleared 2 islands before he did. Those two are Giovanna Island and Mythroll Island. Neither of us have cleared Mysteria Island yet, but I have cleared all but that one before he has, so right now I'm trying to save up play coins to try and finish the last two spots before that final stage. I'm glad my brother's color is Light Green as of this edit because I'll need that color for both of those spots.

Battleground Z is an interesting case. At first I don't think I was so interested because zombies. Once I got into it, I wound up clearing the main game before my brother had mainly thanks to the fact that he chose video games as his hobby (like SO MANY OTHER PLAYERS I ENCOUNTER). I did hit a stumbling block thanks to *grumble grumble* Killawatts, and their Mega cousins too. I hate those electric enemies SO much in that game. The Power Plant stage was just BRUTAL. By now however, I have Battleground Z in the Game Vault along with Mii Force, but if I ever luck out in finding Miis who can help, I am hoping to hunt down the last of the rare zombies in the game that I've yet to track down. I don't know if I'm looking forward to some of the stages though in terms of having to get the medals to unlock the final showdown stage though because even though I encountered the Party hobby, I can't access that stage. I'll have to double check which ones I'm missing though, but oof, I don't think the driving hobby's rare zombie is going to be easy for me to pull off. Yeah, I may wind up ranting about some parts of Battleground Z, but I feel like it has more replay value than Mii Force does.

Need a refresher on what the games are? And before you ask: Miis are basically avatars.

I tried typing out explanations for each games, but I realized that the post was getting pretty big, so I'll just leave a little link to the TVTropes page on the game here.

For those who either can't or don't like to follow these sorts of links, here's some brief bits about each of the games I listed in the poll above to give a rough idea on what they're about under the spoiler:

Puzzle Swap: Pick pieces from other players as you fill in the various panels. And no, you don't LOSE any pieces just because someone picked it from your panels

Find Mii: Battle through various enemies and obstacles to save the kingdom's ruler (which happens to be YOUR Mii)

Find Mii II: Sequel to the original Find Mii. Now you have to save the ruler's two children as well as the ruler. More enemies, more obstacles, and more ways to surpass them are here for you.

Mii Force: Form squadrons and battle space pirates to protect Streetpass Galaxy.

Flower Town: No antagonists. Just growing flowers and doing jobs around the town. If you need a break from the intense action of other games, this might be a nice breather.

Warrior's Way: Gather your forces, and try to conquer the wartorn world.

Monster Manor: Escape the haunted mansion you went to investigate by acquiring map pieces from fellow Miis who have also gotten lost in there, and battle spooky foes along the way.

Ultimate Angler: Legendary Monsters hidden in the waters around the Streetpass Islands? Use bait that fellow fisherman give you to try and "Catch 'em all!"

Battleground Z: A zombie outbreak has struck Hobbyville in Streetpass County. Find fellow survivors who will grant you objects based on their hobbies and fight your way through the hordes as you try to help find a cure.

So here's a few questions that I'll throw in here: What sorts of colors do you like to use for your Mii, and what hobby/hobbies do you choose and why?

I see. I think it's nice as well, but oof, that one achievement requiring getting 3 of the same piece in a row via play coins is not something I look forward to going after if it's even POSSIBLE at this point. My best guess would be if, oh say, I manage to get enough panels done that I only have to worry about one or two?

Have you by any chance tried Monster Manor? it also involves pieces, albeit in a completely different way (I think I may have mentioned it back in the hang out yesterday and how I was trying to find images of the various enemies so I can do some fan art).
