These are only the main fights. Minibosses, random/secret encounters, amalgamates, royal guards/dogs, and midbosses not included. SPOILERS (obviously).
And yes, I realize I put the dummy down. That was intentional, and the glaringly obvious choice.

My favourite battle from the pacifist run has to be Mettaton EX, as he is my favourite character in the game. Sans is definitely my genocide run favourite, as the battle is so challenging, and you get to see a completely different side to his character. He killed me 7 times in a row before I rage quit, and I've been too scared to go back since. xd

This is going to sound weird, but.. It thought the Undyne fight was actually really fun. It took me a while though, mainly because I messed around in the fight for half an hour. The epicness of the Undyne the Undying fight takes the cake though. And so does the music.

It's Papyrus for me. From tricking you by making you blue, to the ridiculousness of some of his attacks, he was certainly a fun second boss.
Second favorite? Undyne the Undying. The fight itself isn't huge but the setup and the music of the battle just helps make sure you realize she's the hero of this story (Genocide run) and you're the villain trying to destroy everything.

Gotta love the Sans fight especially Megalovania, that's a awesome music. I only watched someone fight him ofc mrgreen
Pacifist my favorites are Papyrus, Asgore and Flowey (i really wasn't expecting that photoshop boss).

I've only gotten to Papyrus, and so far his is my favorite even though I spent far too long screaming at my laptop over it because he kept getting me down to 1HP right before the end of the battle. I:

Definitely Undyne the Undying.
I mean, it's just so cool how she has DETERMINATION and transforms into a cooler, more badass character >w<
And also I love the music during the fight <3

On the list, Undyne the Undying is my favorite, I love the music and Undyne is my absolute favorite character. Sans however, is the absolute best fight, best music in the whole game, and I greatly enjoyed watching JackSepticEye fight him and, eventually, start to write down the patterns and figure out the fight.
