[AGE] 68. Looks about 16-18, but always says shes 17.

[ABILITIES] "Glamor", levitation/flight, super strength/senses.
[PERSONALITY] Victoria has a cool, calm, collected personality. She sometimes comes off as snooty, but really she just doesn't like to make too many attachments. She has a lot of walls up emotionally and can be hard to get through too. Once she trusts someone, she can become very open. She has a weakness for cute stuffed animals.
[HISTORY] Victoria was born into a very wealthy family. She grew up in her family's castle in the country. She has two younger sister and one older brother. When Victoria was 17, Robbers broke into the house and killed her family. She was dying as well, when one of her maids saved her by turning her into a vampire. For the next 50 years, she hid herself away in the castle until her parents money almost ran out. She then sold the castle and is using the money to put herself through school.

[ABILITIES] Invisibility, Control over life and death (very minimum, mostly plants and small animals. Once he's older, he will be given control over intelligent beings.) Control over time & space, Can alter the perceptions of people around him, Flight, shapeshifting (Spirit & Human form included). Dark Magic.
[PERSONALITY] Hail is a quiet boy and most of the time seems very depressed. He rarely talks because when he tries, people don't hear him or see him. He still does not have control of his powers so he is mostly stuck in spirit form (Invisible). Hail like simple and pretty things. He likes dark places and grey weather. Because he was born in the spirit world, he is very innocent/unknowing when it come to human culture and customs.
[HISTORY] Hail was born out of time & space. His sole purpose for being born was to grow up to be a "Grim Reaper". Which is a Reaper who can control the life & death of intelligent being and take them to the afterlife. For a very long time, Hail lived in the spirit world to do his training to become a grim reaper. After a while, Hail became very depressed and wanted to travel to the real world. He ran away and wanders around earth trying to find people who can see him.
