Shin Majin I keep hearing people talking about one, but I don't get any response when I ask what it's called! People are saying Underworld Order is a nod to Undertale, because of it's game menu screen. I think it's an okay item. As much as I love the game, I'm not sure I want to shell out the gold for one or two poses. That being said, the update to Pumpkin Pupil happened today and I swear the last mask (the one I'm sportin') reminds me of Flowey.

⚤ ⚢ ⚣ Gender ⚣ ⚢ ⚤ ☕ I've been using this item, Destructive Underworld Order, and have been having a lot of people ask me what the item is called by saying "What is the name of that Undertale item"
I guess it COULD be a reference to Undertale since the name 'Underworld'. Because, ya'know.. They live underground..

I think Underworld Order is supposed to reference to some sort of dating sim...
Although I will admit it does look like it's referencing Undertale. If I wasn't questing for so much stuff already I would make an Undertale evolving item or two.

the description for Ghosting Around is 'REALLY NOT FEELING UP TO GOING OUT RIGHT NOW. SORRY (っ- ‸ – ς)' and one of the arm mods is a lil ghost with headphones.
that seems like the most undertale item out right now
also napstablook is my favorite forever

Yes, but they are cleverly done instead of direct copies.
The evolving item Pumpkin Pupil, only has a single pose with a mask. This mask is similar to that of Flowey's 'scary face'.

I just spent all my money to buy Ghosting Around for my best friend. Napstablook is her favorite, and the look on her face was worth it. I haven't found any other items other than the three already mentioned, but I heard someone was going to buy a ticket to create one. We can hope!

It's currently being updated since I finished my Grouchy Cat quest. Also I know this sounds too much like an ad at this point but the top 5 donators get free early copies of the items!

Also.... I'm not sure if it'll help... I sent a PM to the reference thread owner to see if these could maybe get added.
The item Disaster Twins has things that resemble the character Asriel.
Grimm Lolita for the skeletons Sans and Papyrus.
Etah the Samoyed Puppy resembles the little white dog that always shows up.
Enchanting Dryad Regrowth & Calm Fighter can be used for Sans jacket.
Protector of the Damned can be used for Sans eyes.
And Off-World Superhero has a scarf thing that can maybe be used for Papyrus.
