Hey, Kage here. I know you must be asking yourself why was I quoted? You will see that everyone in the guild was quoted. Hope and I have been talking, and we want to know your opinions. One of the things is the direction of the guild. Do we want to be a pure Bleach guild, or do we want to open it up to more races, such as Elves and Fairies, and angels and Demons. Or, if we want to change things, do we want to make it a multiple anime clash guild (Think Animatrix)? Hope and I can come up with story for anything really. With enough alcohol, lol

Also, we would like to discuss the opening of a position. We need a recruiter for the guild. I will admit, I suck at recruiting people unless you give me a list of people and a format to spam to them. Their main job would be to find people interested in the guild, and to help them get active.

Please let us know what you would like to see in the guild. I will also mention, there has been a time skip, and if for some reason you were stuck somewhere, you should now be free to post anywhere.

The Bleach fandom is fizzling out. There will always be a bite, yes, but since the story has ended irl, its going to take a hit as people move on to other things. So, Bring in other races and/or mix it with other animes/ideas to appeal to other groups of people.

And... open it to other story lines. Don't make a guild wide story line that is character focused on a very specific, very small group. There are some people who hate that they're just background, and want to feel like their input, their ideas, are valued as well.

And, for the love of god, make the application process easier. The character application right now is a pain in the a** to fill out, and then a person has to defend the character against a judge. While I understand the need to prevent overpowered characters, I honestly think it is too complicated, and people will walk away because of it.

It would be interesting to bring other races into it to give people more options as far as developing characters. Maybe it will help draw in more people too. My idea is some event could occur causing the Bleach characters to drop into some other place where there is the other races present and they have to adapt to this new world and the troubles there of. It could add more enemies or allies for the characters too depending where they want to stand. Since a majority of the Bleach characters are combat based we would need some kind of conflict going on to get everyone involved in trying to find a solution. Maybe a war or some kind of rebellion then they have to decided which side they support and which to fight against?

Branching out into other animes would be a good idea, but with different animes there is different rules for combat and magic so we would have to keep an eye out to make sure people aren't god-modding and such. Certain races like pure gods and demi-gods would probably be too powerful to play fairly. Also please no summoning of titans, that would be insane. I'd say keep it within reason as far as powers go regardless where the character comes from.

i think the guild should stay bleach themed for the fact some of us already have made bio's and join in role plays but the races should be bleach themed and mythical beings because the fact on bleach they're people that look like monsters and there's even a werewolf soul reaper.also maybe you guys can make the bio's simple to feel out because those things are confusing as hell.

Also thank you for your opinion. I do agree that Angels and demons are OP. Also, they are representations of death, which Bleach already has.

The hope is that everyone will be able to keep their current rpcs if they want to. Also, I will mention this, you can look like anything that you want to. However, currently, you get no special powers as an animal person. So if you were a cat person, you wouldn't have an extra claw attack, but you could have a fully functioning tail and ears.

Making the requirements less is something that we can do, but if I remember properly with your RPC, there is something that I can not pass in the Bio/like or dislikes section, which is why it is not approved.

Was it a Bleach vs Naruto, or did they work together? I would like to know more information on that guild, so I can get a better picture of what happened in the guild itself.
