Literally. I was at a play, a drama, and an old character hobbled on stage hunched over with a thick grey fluffy wig, fake butt, tacky outfit and I burst out laughing and pooed. I had been taking a pink salt cleanse and didn't know the flush would be so sensitive to strong laughter lol. The fact that I, as an adult, pooped in public only tickled me further lol.
Have you cleaned your colon with a good laugh lately? whee

Oh, my! Good on you for laughing still. I think I would have panicked, maybe a little. That happened to me on a plane once. I didn't realize how sick I had gotten and that I really could hold anything down or in for that matter. I was mortified to say the least. Moral of the story is, always have a change of clothes in your carry on in case of emergencies. cat_rofl
I hear you're so supposed to empty your colon at least once a day. Is that true? cat_neutral

Is that true? cat_neutral They say anything from 3 times a day to once every 3 days is considered normal. Just depends on your body and your diet. I am a at least once a day pooper. xd

Moral of the story is, always have a change of clothes in your carry on in case of emergencies. cat_rofl I hear you're so supposed to empty your colon at least once a day. Is that true? cat_neutral Yeah, I like it when I poop twice a day, but sometimes I don't eat enough. I can be finicky, so if I don't put it a lot, I won't get out a lot. Sometimes I go overboard on the cheese, so that reduces me to one difficult poop or no poop for one day.
Human functions no longer embarrass me. I've been doing them all my life. For some reason, my body feels more like an animal I own rather than myself. And if my dog were to poop on my neighbour's carpet, it'd be funny to me. I'd clean it, but I'd be laughing at it. Why waste life on negative emotions when they don't change the circumstance and positive emotions feel better?
