Elysha was jumping into tonight's review session after work once again but this evening she was starting off with reading some slides in continuing on from where she left off in a repeated reading of a powerpoint. Cullen's and Turner's signs may be encountered in acute pancreatitis. This is how her notes began this evening, which went on to a description of each sign. She then pulled up her search engine of choice, which also happened to be part of an online website she is a member of to avail of opportunities to little by little steadily accumulate several tens at a time to chip off a bit at her financial concerns. She was glad regardless of the degree of impact, since anything helps really in her mind, that with all the knowledge she was reaching towards grasping came the additional chance to utilize her queries for even tiny pooling bits of monetary gain. She entered one of the signs and hit enter after typing her topic, and then she proceeded to navigate her cursor on the screen to browse through the listings before clicking one that seemed to lead to more resources she was in fact looking for to go a bit further in depth based on going by the description that accompanied the link. She was certainly satisfied with the results that loaded onto the new page and it included a good picture as well. And thus, she doodled a likeness to the picture to go along with the sign's description before going on to a similar search and note plus doodle process for the other sign.
Next, Elysha went on to begin going over review questions this evening. She took up her pen but paused as she read and processed the first question she read. Then after puzzling through a little while on how to take note of a concept summarizing the point it addressed, she began to write.
