Aurix stretched slowly as she sat up, adjusting her wings around her small torso. Her half open eyes looked around the cave she was in till she yawned and stood up. Flicking her tail back and forth, she slowly walked around in a circle till she settled back down to take a nap.

After the conversation with Hitaeru, Myria was not just hungry. She was also frustrated by how little she seemed to know. This was not a good combination. She would wander around the town for about half an hour afterwards, distracted by his words. She didn't like the feeling of not knowing something.. Nor did she like that strange, quietly lingering guilt she felt. Why would she feel guilty? She hadn't even met him before! Had she? It had never bothered her before, but she didn't remember very much from before a year or so ago.
Despite this, it didn't take her long to find something edible. A group of people. Four to be specific. A good number, probably would be filling with some leftovers. To her, people were as much food as anything else. They were made from meat too. The only difference was that they were noisier. When she ran into them, she took out her frustrations by killing them with a bit more violence than necessary. Reveling in the screams and blood. She would probably end up covered in blood. After killing them, she shifted to her dragon form and carried off the bodies.. Flying back to the Land of Fire and Brimstone. Her home.
She alighted near one of the numerous caves in the volcano.. That one had fire in it, but this wasn't why she was there. She folded her wings loosely, letting them rest comfortably against her back as she dropped the burned corpses. Just dead things now. This was not unusual behavior. The already bloodstained dragoness settled into a crouch as she lowered her head to tear off the limbs from one of the bodies. Sickening sounds of bone being crushed and wet squelches soon filled the air. With her nose full of blood, she barely noticed the scent of a much younger dragon nearby. Or maybe she just was disregarding it. This land had more dragons than most might think.

Aurix woke from her little nap to the sound of another dragon nearby. Curious, she quietly made her way out of the cave till she saw the much bigger dragoness outside. She quietly made a chirp like sound as she watched her tearing into some burned meat. Her practically empty stomach growled softly at the scent of the meat, which made her leave the cave quicker then if she was full. She slowly made her way closer but was prepared to bolt if the dragoness infront of her tried to bite her.

It didn't take her long to finish not one, but two of the bodies. She ate quickly, snapping up the meat and even some of the smaller bones in her usual way. But after that, with her stomach starting to feel fuller, she began eating the third more slowly. Peeling meat of the bone in a casual sort of fashion with her claws and fangs before swallowing it. She had barely started however, when she heard a quiet chirping noise from the direction of the nearby cave.
She paused and looked up, turning her head towards the cave. It took only a few moments to notice the source of the noise. A small dragon with golden scales. A tiny little thing, really, being only about the size of a small human. She thought she could easily squish such a small creature. It looked rather hungry, but she wasn't really willing to share, so when it approached, she slightly spread her wings, curling her tail around her side closest to it as she let out a low growl. Warning it that she was not in a tolerant mood.

Aurix shrank back when she was growled at and made some soft chirps, almost a whine as her tail twitched back and forth slowly. She clicked her teeth softly and made herself look as pitiful as she could, clearly trying to get on the natural motherly feelings females have.

Myria was pleased that the little dragon seemed to understand. It had backed up, at least. But then it started chirping and whining. She huffed at it and blew some smoke out of her nose in its direction. Despite its efforts at looking pathetic, she didn't want to share. But.. It looked so hungry and tired.. Despite herself, she ended up ripping off some meat from the third corpse and tossing at the little creature. She hoped that would be enough to get it to go away.

Aurix watched the larger dragoness as a piece of meat was thrown at her. She snatched it out of the air and tore into it slowly with small happy chirps and other little sounds. Once she finished the meat she hopped closer to the cave and curled up to take another nap.

Myria watched the little dragon eating for a few moments, hoping it would be satisfied with that. It really wouldn't be enough to keep it content for very long if it was, but still. She was relieved when she saw it go back to the cave it had come from. It seemed like it was done begging. She went back to eating, but slower. She would only manage to finish the third before she decided that she was full enough.. And felt more like sleeping now as well. She yawned, then curled up right there and closed her eyes.

Aurix uncurled herself after a while and stretched her whole body slowly, looking like a large gold cat with wings as she did. She then sat down where she had napped and wrapped her tail around herself, tip of her tail twitching back and forth as she watched the bigger dragoness go to take a nap. She quietly made her way down by the other dragoness quietly and began tearing bits of meat from the corpse that was still left. After a couple dozen bits of meat Aurix curled up near the dragoness that had brought the meat.

While Myria fell asleep fairly quickly and was sleeping peacefully, when the little dragon came over and began eating again. She might have been tired, but the sounds disturbed her anyway. Her hearing was quite sensitive. She shifted a bit, then opened one eye to look at the little golden creature as it ate her leftovers. Part of her was tempted to smack it away, but was there any point? It wasn't like she could eat it. Besides, it clearly was very hungry. Hunger she could understand.. She could always hunt again when she was hungry again anyway, so it didn't really matter. She made a noise that was a mix between a huff and a growl, shifting to curl up a bit more.. Then she went back to sleep.

Aurix yawned quietly a few moments later as she woke up then moved a little ways away from the dragoness as she stretched and cleaned the dirt from her scales. Once her scales where clean she cleaned up the remains of the other three bodies that the dragonness had. She may have been alone since she hatched but that didn't mean that she couldn't clean up nor keep things in order.

Myria found that, to her annoyance, her sleep was disturbed much too soon by more noises. She blew out smoke as she opened her eyes with an annoyed growl, then looked around. It was that tiny little thing again. Probably the only reason why she hadn't done anything about it was because.. She had a soft spot for gold. And it so resembled her favorite shiny substance.. But it made way more noise. She lifted her head and fixed it with an irritated glare. She took a deep breath, then exhaled, blowing more smoke towards the little dragon.

Aurix squeaked when the dragonness had gotten up and blew smoke at her, making herself as small as she could as she looked up to the dragonness with fear in her eyes. You couldn't really blame her for being scared of a dragon that was far bigger then her and just blew smoke at her with an irritated glare.

Myria just rolled her eyes when she saw the little dragon cowering away like that and made a quiet grumbling noise. She stood up and stretched like a cat, spreading her wings as she arched her back. She folded them again as she sat down and began carefully cleaning her scales. Some places were hard to reach, but she wanted to get herself somewhat clean. It looked like she had decided to ignore the little dragon for now..
