The meeting of Brandon the Beast boy legacy and Kari the Static legacy. Set in Metropolis. First location is an arcade

The arcade was considerably crowded for its size, but it didn't come as a surprise for the location it was in attracted a lot of teenagers, many of which were most likley ditching some sort of class or another. The manager didn't care, after all, they brought him profit. In the one particular corner, a small group had gathered behind two teens at one of those dance games. Bright lights flashed both on the screens and underneath their feet as they moved according to what was instructed. One person in particular was attracting most of the attention, it also wasn't all that hard with how she was dressed, short skirt and shirt with the top bottons undone on top of it all. She was giving people quite the view but she didn't seem to care or be bothered by the fact much. Brown hair in pony tails bobbed up and down, from side to side as she swayed her body to the beat of the music. She wasn't limiting herself to just stepping on the right squares, the female teen was working in some extra moves despite the game not registering any of it.

The song again and once again she had one. A bright smile and chuckle emerged from her lips. "Teehehe, I won. That means I won the bet, hand it over." One hand on her hips, the other was stretched out, her hand motioning for the her opponent to pay up the money. They were foolish in claiming that no one could dance better than them, yet it would seem that Kari could.

Just as she was counting her money (which from the way she acted would seem like a lot but it wasn't more than maybe 20 bucks), a strange accent shouted out from the crowd. Kari had forgotten people were watching as she tended to live up in her own little world. Turning to face the new challenger, the female teenager froze in place, her mind baffled in disbelief at the dancing sheep before her. The rest of the crowd responded in a similar manner, however, their silence would quickly be followed but a group of hysterical screams as people began to dash away from the sheep. Kari, reacted in a quite different manner. Toppling over, she fell onto the floor of the dance machine literally laughing her pretty little rump off, hand on her stomach. Tears fought their way out of her closed eyelids. Why she laughed, hell if she knew. The scene was just priceless. Not so much just the dancing sheep but the other peoples faces towards it just added on to the amusement.

Little by little her laughing came to a stop, and just in time as well. While some had fled the scene for good, a few had come baring objects like bats. "Oh my..." Kari uttered to herself as she quickly left off the dancing game, grabbed the sheep by its... paw or whatever it would be called and dragged it away. "Time to go!"

Why people were going to respond in violence beat her, but she couldn't allow that to happen. A talking sheep!? In her mind, it was possibly the coolest thing she has ever seen!

Kari almost lost all strength in her legs at his "baaaa-d" joke. She snorted while trying not to choke for breathe. In the mean time, the hoof no longer felt like a hoof but a human hand. Now... if she didn't have abilities of her own, nor known about such things as heros she would have likely freaked out. "Uh... Kari" she uttered deciding to ignore for now the dating comment figuring he did mean it as a joke. "and no idea. Figured fate would shine its light on my steps if ya get what i mean?" With a few turns here and there she finally came to a stop. She took in a few deeps breaths as she turned to him with an intriguing smile. "A shapeshifter? So talking animals don't exist..." Kari's lower lip pouted. "And here I have always wanted a pet."

Recovering, as she was after all ust playing, she asked for his name. "What about you mystery boy? Got a name"

Kari flashed a quick blush as she let go of his hand. "Eh... sorry about that." She wasn't all too good at controlling her embarrasment among other things as she was really a pro at socialization. "BB or Law huh? Hm..." She wasn't sure about the nickames. A smirk came to her lips as she got an excited thought. "Oh what about Da B-Law! Nah Im kidding". She wondered if he would have gotten the joke, law as in the law law. So he was the law, law B... yeah.... perhaps the jokes were best left with the shapeshifter. "so... have you always been able to shapeshift. your accent is funny by the way... where do you come from? Oh... and i wouldn't want you as a pet even if you could turn into one, it woudl be weird." She began, ranting on a bit with all sorts of questions.

England? That explains a lot, his accent, his mannerism and definately his sense of humor. Well, perhaps she couldn't judge too much, this was her first time meeting someone from across the see after all. "Ooo, well its still a funny accent anyways but cool too." Kari commented with a nod under breathe not wanting to let him have the last word on the matter, for reason she didn't know. She was just teasing him after all anyways. Listening to the rest her eyes opened wide as he spoke about a virus. So, he had been an experiment too? Or at least suffered the consequences of one? There were others likes her!? This thought exicted her greatly, for she always thought herself to be alone in the world.

Just as she was going to ask him more things, he bombared her with questions. "Uh well thats......." Why was she cute? The last question stunned her. Kari was the flat out impression of a deer stuck in headlights, and she wasn't the one that could shapeshift. "Genetically lucky I guess?" She found herself answering as she didn't really know how to respond to it.

To avoid any futher embarrassement she quickly began to answer his questions. She hadn't told anyone else about her so she had mixed feelings on it. She was thrilled but scared. What if he reacted badly? He did have abilities of his own, so why would he be frightened by her. "Well.... I'm curious because I have powers myself you see. but mine are very different. um here let me show you" Raising a hand, blue static surrounded her hand and a discarded metal can from the other side of the alley came to her. "Electric and magnetic manipulation would be the simpliest way of describing it."

Kari beamed as he reacted just like she hoped he would. Sparks? A nickname for her? The brunette girl blushed. "Sp... sparks? I... I like it!" She got over her flushed moment and smiled brightly at him. "Its brilliant! I dont know why I didn't think of that myself." Kari chuckled as an interesting thought came to mind. "With such a nickname I feel like a hero! Now I just need tights, underwear over them and a nice bellowing cape." The girl joked as she did a pose imitating superman. "Nah... tights and capes arent my thing."

Kari beamed brightly when complimented on her joke. "Thanks, I did try," she responded ending with her tongue coming out at the end with a wink of her eye. "Somewhere fun? other than the arcade we are most likely unable to ever return too..." Tapping her chin she thought hard. "I haven't been in this city long, but, I did see an amusement park! Have you ever been to an amusement park? I haven't but it looks like a lot of fun!" In her excitement she forgot a major detail which soon came to her. Kari's expression changed from pure joy to a quiver of disappointment on her lower lip. "But... I think it's closed due to the season or something like that, not enough people to go and all." She sighed when another thought came to mind. "Unless...." shifting her eyes from one side to the other, she leaned closer to BB, so close her lips nearly brushed his ear. "We snuck in~" Kari whispered, a mischievous twinkle in her eye.
