Khal stands at an astonishing and regal 6'2 and his hair falls just below his shoulders, almost a platinum blonde, he usually just lets it sit not really doing much with it. Between that and his icy white eyes that seem like they can just pierce right through your soul Khal is the clear vision of Snow Elf Royalty. If his clear appearance isn't enough he has a unique Heavy Armor created specifically for the Snow Elves Regal Class, it also sports a regal cape and furs draped over it.

Khal is a bit hard headed and has rarely ever been questioned, because of this he isn't used to criticism and will often get agitated when people express annoyance with his plans or pick them apart. That aside the Prince is incredibly kind and protective of his subjects and friend's and will become irate if they are endangered. Khal is young at heart and even with what most races would consider advanced age Khal is young to his people, maybe being at a quarter of his life expectancy.

Khal was born the descendant of the great Snow Prince, the warrior so beloved by the Snow Elves that even their enemy respected his body after ending his long existence, because of that he was born with the hopes and dreams of his people on his shoulders. As he became older he was taught to be the best, learning the art of Sword Play and Alchemy in tandem with diplomatic skills. Although the Snow Elves were a warrior race for sure Khallei's parents wanted to find a new way, they were sure that if they went to the Nordic people with a peaceful heart they could find common ground and make there way out of earth and rejoin the surface world.
As he grew Khal gained knowledge from everyone of his people, mostly because he loved speaking with them, and found that not all of them agreed with his parents. Many of the Snow Elves still wished for war and revenge for what had been done to them, this came to fruition when Khallei's parents were murdered in cold blood to keep them from venturing fourth to the surface world. Khal was supposed to see this and be detoured from following in his families footsteps. This didn't happen it reaffirmed his belief in 'the cause' and he put more effort into moving forward, into protecting his people, into bringing the Snow Elf people into the light.
It's been 358 years since Khallei has become what his people have lovingly dubbed their Winter King and he has finally finished preparations necessary to step into the light. He's sent several emissaries to the people of Skyrim and it is known that the Snow Elves still lives, Khallei is now working to gain the trust of the people of Skyrim and has made his way to Dawnstar.
