Purpose: High Mobility Defense Forces, Military Police
The 3rd Division’s members are Soul Society's internal defense group. They are usually the first ones called when a problem arises, both outside and inside the Seireitei's walls. This division's members are the fastest acting members and can be rallied at a moments notice. They are the first to move in any situation and are generally known for their speed and ruthless efficiency in dealing with intruders.
Description of Division: The Third Division is a creatively designed one, instead of a single division office it is made up of three small one story buildings that are circular in design. The buildings are very simple as the members are rarely there. They were designed so that people can enter and leave easily without having to deal with stairs or any other obstacles, it gives them a small advantage of time but in the 3rd division every second matters. The Division is shaded by the many persimmon trees planted by a previous Captain, Gin Ichimaru. The three division buildings that make up HQ have recently been renovated to include an interrogation room and two Deathstone Holding Cells.
