Purpose: 7th Division, Seireitei-Rukongai Diplomacy
The 7th Division maintains peace between Seireitei and Rukongai. They make sure shinigami don’t go causing chaos in Seireitei, and are completely responsible for keeping Rukongai civil… or at least the areas closest to Seireitei.
When souls have complaints/suggestions/questions/etc, whatever, they send is sent to the 7th Division where it is read, ignored, taken into consideration, and decided upon. They often act on their own, but also work with various other divisions.
Description of Division: The main part of the building is a dojo where members can come and train themselves and better their bodies. To better their minds they can go out to the back of the building and sit in the meditation garden where they can listen peacefully to the small stream and become more in touch with themselves.
Hand-to-Hand Masters: As long as the 7th Division Member is fighting without a weapon in hand their speed is boosted 25% its normal amount. This is calculated last. Being so adept with their hand to hand combat and martial arts allows them to move faster than a normal combatant. [Requires that the Captain teach 4th Division Shinigami with over 100 Reiatsu.]
